Tri-Mack relies on solid models in the development of manufacturing and inspection processes. We use the latest Unigraphics and SolidWorks CAD software to design molds and fixtures. Cimatron CAM software is used to write CNC machining programs.

For plastic injection molding, we use Mold Flow analysis prior to the mold build to ensure that the part geometry and tool design will work together, producing a high quality component. Mold Flow lets us model the molding process using your CAD file and our mold layout. This enables us to identify potential issues and confirm tool designs long before any steel is cut.
