One-Step Hybrids

Laminates are heated to the melt point at injection molding, enabling forming within the injection mold.

Two-Step Hybrids

Laminates are formed prior to molding, enabling multiple pieces of composite to be used within the part.
Lower melt composite or surface heating needed for the melt bond.
