Advanced Manufacturing
Tri-Mack embraces the latest technology to support our continuous improvement efforts. From mold filling analysis to fully automated robotic molding cells, we use state-of-the-art technology to offer our customers the most efficient engineering and manufacturing solutions. Our diverse capabilities enable Tri-Mack to offer a wide range of manufacturing solutions: injection molding, tool making, composite thermoforming, multi-axis machining and bonding/assembly.

Materials Expertise Tri-Mack specializes in high-temperature engineering thermoplastics and thermoplastic composites: Victrex PEEK, Torlon PAI, Ultem PEI, Fortron/Ryton PPS, Amodel PPA, Nylon PA and Vespel/Meldin PI. By adding fillers such as carbon, glass and graphite, thermoplastic compounds can be customized to meet the requirements of your application. With nearly over 50 years of experience in processing high-performance thermoplastics, Tri-Mack creates innovative, cost-effective solutions engineered for you.
